Each entry must include:
1. TWO completed copies of this Entry Form. Photocopies or downloaded copies from www.suncoastchapter.org are acceptable. Entrants may attach a written  rationale (not to exceed 100 words) stating the reasons the entry should be judged award-worthy. 2. Payment by check or credit card. 3. No commercial content. No color bars. :10 black, followed by the entry in its entirety. 4. Broadcast/Cablecast entries must be submitted on DVD-R (DVD minus R). Advanced Media entries must be submitted on CD-R (CD minus R). Each DVD or CD   must contain only one entry from one category. 5. If the person submitting the entry is ALSO an entrant, his or her name MUST be written in the space designated for entrants.
The Suncoast Chapter reserves the right to corroborate any information on an entry form, to combine duplicate entries, to change the category in which an entry is to be judged or to disqualify an entry. In the case of disqualification, the entry fee will not be refunded. All persons submitting entries are responsible for the correctness of submissions. DVDs and/or CDs are not returnable.

Submitting an entry to the Suncoast Emmy® Awards creates a commitment to serve as a professional peer judge of Emmy® entries from other Chapters of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Your entry constitutes agreement with all rules and regulations of the 2007 Suncoast Emmy® Awards. Entering also constitutes permission for the Suncoast Chapter to screen or telecast all or portions of your entry as part of the Emmy® Awards program and to webcast your entry, or portions of your entry, on the Chapter website www. suncoastchapter.org
