The goal is to match television professionals in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale market with students in Dade and Broward high schools. Also, the goal is to match television professionals with up-and-coming young people who are working in smaller television markets in Florida, Louisiana and Puerto Rico. The term of mentoring shall be no less than three months from the first contact between the mentor and the person being mentored. The purpose is to improve knowledge, build the quality of work and advance careers.
