LIGHTING SEMINAR LIGHTS UP SATURDAY MORNING

Tony Zumbado, national Emmy Award-winning photographer talked about lighting for high definition television to an interested audience of professionals and students on Saturday morning, April 9 in a cutting edge seminar at the Miami Airport Marriott. Tony started the seminar by saying, "Lighting for high definition television will kill you if you donÕt know what youÕre doing." He explained that HD exposes every skin blemish, every wrinkle and every imperfection in the person you are shooting so it is critical that the photographer understand fully what can and can not be done with lighting. Tony demonstrated his road lighting kit and how and why he carries each piece of equipment. He recommended to students that they study everything they can about high definition television with the objective of becoming a HD engineer, a new career opportunity in television videography for which there is a growing opportunity
